    Has it happened already? The previous two winners of The X Factor (Steve and Shayne) seem to have already disappeared...is Leona going the same way?

    I haven't heard/seen anything of her for ages.

    I have very little faith in X-Factor, I would be very surprised if we see much of Leona ever again.

    She has recently signed a 3 album, $10 million deal - and her first album will be released within the next couple of months, I believe.

    Yes but she's already yesterday's news. When Girls Aloud won whichever show they were involved in, the record came out the next day! I still think the likes of Girls Aloud were pretty lucky, probably better PR and management than most, even some of the artists who tried to stay fresh are quickly forgotten once the show has ended.

    I think Shane (sp?) Ward has had a couple of albums, but he's not really had that much exposure, I think. But there again, he's not really my "cup of tea", so I wouldn't notice anyway...

    Andy, the second place chap, has been on stage and doing his own thing and touring.

    I wonder if the release of Leona's album will be timed to reach the top of the Christmas charts. I don't know, I guess we'll see how Leona does over the coming months.

    X factor is when people go and set up shop with their ex girl or guy right? While their current is around watching. You guys are confusing me now. You sound like you are talking about something else.

    The "X Factor" is what used to be Pop Idol (I think), and the UK equivalent of American Idol with Simon Cowell.
